terms of service

please read this section if you want to commission me, as it contains details about everything you might want to know beforehand. these guidelines are subject to change if something that warrants it occurs.general • • •• the prices listed above are for personal use pieces only (profile pictures, banners, most original character art, fanart, etc), and i reserve all rights to the artwork.
for commercial purposes, an additional fee is applied (+100% to the price).
i'm not using commissioned artwork to produce merchandise unless it's fanart.• i can decline the order if i don't think i can complete it (with reasons provided).
topics i don't work with: generative ai, explicit sexual content.• i'm allowed to post commissioned artwork on my social media pages and add it to my portfolio, unless requested otherwise.• the customer is allowed to repost and share the artwork they commissioned, given i'm credited or my signature is visible.• i work best when i understand what the customer expects of me. if it's very important to draw something right, but the customer refuses to provide visual references or clear descriptions for it, i might request additional fees.payment • • •• i accept payment via lava.top only.
lava.top is a secure service for creators selling their products worldwide, and at the moment it's the best available platform for me.• lava.top provides two options for payment:
- by card (visa, mastercard)
- via paypal.
no registration on lava.top is needed to pay.• payment can be done in full before i start working or after sketch approval, alternatively - 50/50, depending on the complexity of an artwork and/or personal preference, and is ultimately up to agreement.• full and partial refunds are available. the customer can request a refund if the work hasn't been started yet or if it's early in progress.
refunds are not available if the work is fully complete or, in cases of more complex commissions, if most of the work is done.
all refunds are authorised through lavatop.• if needed, i can provide more information about lava.top upon request.process • • •• an order can be placed by contacting me directly on any of the platforms mentioned in the title and the about page.• upon agreement, the client can request progress shots and minor revisions.• the deadline depends on the complexity of the commission.
it's 3 business days minimum for
up to a month maximum for a single piece (not including animations, which may take longer).• if there's a delay on my part, it will be reported to the client as soon as i'm able.
delays may occur due to rare emergent situations that can't be resolved immediately and/or out of my control (i.e. power/signal outage, significant tech malfunctions, sudden health afflictions).• if there's a significant delay in the client's response during a discussion of a crucial part of the commission (sketch, progress shots), i may extend the deadline to account for waiting.• the client will receive the finished piece as a png / jpg / gif / mp4 file.
